A deposit of the first night stay is required at time of reservation. We require a 14-day cancellation notice for a deposit refund, minus a 10% fee on the nights canceled. Cancellations or reductions in less than 14 days are responsible for the full amount of the deposit and 10% of the nights canceled (also early departures and no-shows). During the season, June 1st thru September 15th there is a 3-night minimum stay for stays including a Friday or Saturday. From October to June, there is only a 3 -night minimum stay around major holidays. Call for details. For stays shorter than minimum, call (800) 482 7128 for possible openings between other reservations. Less then 7 days before a mid-season weekend stay 2-night reservations are allowed. Less then 48 hours before a mid-season weekend stay 1-night reservations are allowed. Lithia Springs Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Well-parented children are allowed at the Inn. Pets cannot be accommodated. Check-in time is 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Please inform the inn if you will be arriving later. Checkout time is 11:00am
