Pet Friendly Policy

Being an animal lover, I understand that finding lodging which will accommodate pets can sometimes be a challenge. We have dedicated specific rooms to be available for those who have traveling companions with four legs! These rooms are located where you will have easy access to a walking area.

Although all our rooms are keep emaculate, rooms that often have pets can be a challenge for our guests with pet allergies. This is why we dedicate specific rooms for this purpose.

Guests are responsible to clean up after their pets while they are on Lithia Springs property. Any property damage to structures or furniture is always the responsibility of the guest. The guest should notify the front desk if there are any mishaps within the rooms, we have specific cleaning agents we use to assure proper sanitation. Not properly notifying us can lead to addtional fees being charged that can be avoided.

For the safety of all who enjoy Lithia Springs Inn, all animals must be leashed when out of the room.

There is a one-time $25 cleaning fee per visit for all those who have pets. This fee will be added to your room charge and is not a deposit.
